The market today saw Asana, Inc. ASAN take a nosedive after it presented a softer fiscal year 2025 revenue outlook.
Despite delivering a quarterly sponge bath of 4 cents per share, 60% better than the Wall Street bet of 10 cents in losses, Asana posted sales worth $171.1 million, nudging 2.04% past analyst forecasts of $167.676 million.
Trading hurdles are likely to persist as the company anticipates adjusted losses of 19 to 22 cents a share in fiscal year 2025, missing the mark by 2 cents, with revenues targeted at $716 million to $722 million, underwhelming estimates set at $724.75 million.
