This morning, U.S. stock futures were mixed, with Nasdaq futures trading higher by around 100 points on Friday.
Shares of Yelp Inc. (NYSE:YELP) took a plunge in today’s pre-market trading after the company released its fourth-quarter financial results.
Yelp reported quarterly earnings of 37 cents per share, falling short of the analyst consensus estimate of 38 cents. However, the company’s quarterly sales of $342.38 million beat the analyst consensus estimate of $341.32 million.
In addition to its earnings report, Yelp also announced a $500 million increase to its share repurchase program.
This news catalyzed an 11.2% drop in Yelp shares, sending them tumbling to $39.44 in pre-market trading.

(NYSE:MTX), and DraftKings Inc. (NASDAQ:DKNG).
Semper Paratus Acquisition Corporation shares dropped 18% to $8.20 in pre-market trading following a surge of 119% on Thursday, fueled by Tevogen Bio’s announcement of an $8 million equity investment.
Bloom Energy Corporation saw a 17.2% decline, with shares falling to $9.91 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results.
Shares of Inventiva S.A. fell 16.6% to $3.32 in pre-market trading following the company’s release of preliminary 2023 fiscal year financial results and an update on its clinical trial NATiV3.
Roku, Inc. shares declined 16% to $79.41 in pre-market trading post its fourth-quarter financial results.
Dropbox, Inc. shares dipped 9.6% to $29.43 in pre-market trading after reporting its fourth-quarter results.
D-Wave Quantum Inc. shares also fell, dropping 8.6% to $1.81 in pre-market trading after a 7% gain on Thursday.
Iris Energy Limited declined by 8.4% to $7.09 in pre-market trading following its second-quarter results.
DoorDash, Inc. saw a 7.8% decline to $116.46 in pre-market trading as the company reported mixed financial results for its fourth quarter and provided forecasts for the first-quarter marketplace GOV and adjusted EBITDA.
Minerals Technologies Inc. shares fell 5% to $69.07 in pre-market trading.
DraftKings Inc. recorded a 3.5% decline to $42.90 in pre-market trading following its weak quarterly sales.
